The rate includes

Booking and cancellation
In July and August, the minimum stay is 2 nights.
Your booking is confirmed once a 40% deposit has been paid, with a minimum of one night’s rate. The balance is due 14 days before arrival, by card, bank transfer or Chèque-Vacances Connect.
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival (before 10 pm); after that, the full stay is charged.
We welcome you from 5 pm to 10 pm; please let us know if you will be arriving late.
Pacha and Smartie, our dogs, share our home, so we are unable to accept other pets.
